대략적인 내용은, URLid 라는 Mozilla 모듈을 사용해서 CSS를 입히는 방식 입니다. URLid가 하는 역할은? 이름그대로 URL를 CSS id로 사용 할 수 있는 기능 입니다. 예를들면

when visiting the site “http://www.google.com”, the id “www-google-com” will be added to the body. The stylesheet can then use the #www-google-com selector to apply styles only to that site. The following would change the background color of pages at www.google.com to a light blue: body#www-google-com { background-color: #ddf !important; }

이런 식이죠.
